- The Process – define how the time will be spent
- The Payoff – the relevant and tangible benefits that will pique the prospect’s interest
2. Earn Trust in the Sales Process
Earning trusted advisor status is pivotal for sellers who want to consistently hit their quotas, while continuing to win repeat business and referrals. When you first engage a prospect, one of the best ways to earn trust is to “go in curious.” Ask questions that demonstrate your willingness to understand your prospects’ business, and listen to the answers.
