[CHARLOTTE, NC] July 9, 2023 — Force Management, a leading provider of sales team solutions, announced today that its ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (ISO 27001) and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (ISO 27701) certifications have been extended to include Ascender Plus. Ascender Plus is the premium tier of the Ascender sales acceleration and eLearning platform, used by client organizations leveraging customized engagements like Command of the Message® or MEDDICC.
Obtaining ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification requires conformance to the prescriptive management system requirements, including comprehensive policies, procedures, and controls that manage and protect sensitive information. This designation represents the high-water mark for adherence to international standards and applicable laws on data privacy, risk management, and cybersecurity.
The company’s ISO certifications now include Ascender Plus, all Opportunity Manager® applications, the Command Center Engagement Management System®, and the systems that support the delivery of Force Management’s consulting services. This expansion of Force Management's existing ISO 27001 and 27701 certifications completes the organization's goal of verifying topline data security and privacy practices across its digital ecosystem.

ISO 27001 is the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). ISO 27701 is an extension to ISO 27001 that applies to Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS). Certification under ISO 27701 indicates an organization’s adherence to relevant global data privacy requirements and its commitment to protecting personally identifiable information. The assessment of Force Management was completed by Schellman, an independent third party, which confirmed that its management systems meet the stringent requirements of both standards.
