Product Update: Release v2.10 Summary

Updates to the Relationship Mapper:


Opportunity Manager's latest update focuses on the Relationship Mapper's functionality with new features and fixes:

  • NEW | Relationship Mapper Scrollable Contact List: 
    When adding a contact to the Relationship Mapper, users can now select existing account or related account level contacts from a pre-populated, scrollable list.

  • NEW | Create New Contact: 
    Users can now select "+ New Contact" from the scrollable contact list mentioned above in order to create a new contact to add to the Relationship Mapper. The created contact will be saved at the account level and will enforce client Salesforce environments required contact creation fields.

  • NEW | Logical Selections: 
    Added logic behind the selections a user can make within the drop-down menus of a contact in the Relationship Mapper. For example, a rep cannot select a contact as being both a "Champion" and a "Blocker" at the same time.

Additional Fixes and Improvements:

  • Improved Hierarchy Connection: Augmented the connections of the hierarchical lines within the Relationship Mapper.
  • Unsaved Changes Pop-Up Message: Resolved the inconsistency of the unsaved changes pop-up message.
  • Color-Coding: Revised the coloring of the contacts on the mapper (i.e. red contacts for blockers, green for champions, etc.)

To activate this update, follow these four easy steps: 

     1. Sign into Salesforce

     2. In the url, highlight and delete the portion of your unique web address that comes after ".com/"

For example:

https://yourcompany.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home 

or

https://yourcompany.salesforce.com/Opportunity/006O80000AG7e4IAD/view

     3. Replace that same portion of the web address with: packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tHt000000cViA

     4. Click “Install for all users” (recommended) or install to your preference

COMPLETE!

 

No existing data or settings will be affected during this process.
