Most recently, Patrick served as Chief Executive Officer of WorkTango, where he integrated WorkTango and Kazoo into a unified platform designed to improve greater engagement and retention by integrating employee feedback, recognition, and rewards.
Prior to WorkTango, Patrick served as Chief Revenue Officer at Skillsoft, where he was accountable for revenue generation for a diverse set of product lines, spanning international enterprise, SMB, and government customers. During his time there, he helped lead the company’s strategic transformation, recapitalization, merger, and public listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Earlier in his career, Patrick held several senior executive roles at Monster. As Executive Vice President, he managed global functions and teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC. He also served as Monster’s first Chief Privacy Officer, where he established the company’s data privacy function and led initiatives to enhance compliance and data security.
Before entering the business sector, Patrick practiced law at McDermott Will & Emery and Craig and Macauley. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, serving aboard the USS Chancellorsville and later as operations officer at Commander Destroyer Squadron ONE.
Patrick holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University.
